hiii! I hope you’re doing well today :) i think sometimes we say things to ourselves that we would never even think about saying to someone we love. we mess something up and suddenly we’re stupid. we have a bad day and suddenly we’re failing at life. we look in the mirror and find every little thing we wish was different. and idk i just don’t think you deserve to be treated like that. especially by yourself :( you’re allowed to mess up, you’re allowed to have bad days, you’re allowed to not like everything about yourself all the time. i’m still learning how to be kinder to myself too. so maybe today just give yourself a little bit of a break ❤️ • meeky
