Follow the complete build: planning the chassis, cutting and reshaping the ATV frame, welding reinforcements, and fabricating a square cargo bed for its heavy-duty 6-wheel setup. I fit the integrated motor and rear axle, install all six wheels, front and rear suspension, steering, and brakes, then grind and paint the metalwork. To take this build to the next level, I also custom-installed a massive bass speaker system for the ultimate work and entertainment experience on the farm! Next come the 72V battery, motor controller, throttle, and full electrical wiring.
