B'LIEVE

This track was made quite some time back for a music jam that was held within the Dreams Community, and it was hosted by the cool user @ / Forever3kco. The theme at the time was a 'Vault' jam, meaning to alter any track by another lovely user on Dreams, and this time it was indeed lovely user @ / Sheik13_LoZ. I decided to sort of flip their track titled 'B', hence the punny name of this track 'B'LIEVE'. I tried to make this track channel sort of a hopeful feeling, especially during the pre-chorus sections and ascending chord style. Slowing it down to half time on the climaxes was also a different choice for me and I personally liked how it felt in contrast to the faster sections. I'm not too sure if it was inspiration for this track back then, but I also hear some inspiration from the Persona 3 OST, specifically 'When the Moon's Reaching Out Stars', especially the intro and the Liquid Funk elements. Overall I had a great time making this track and I'd say the creative process for this one was quite smooth!
