Shared Lives for young care experienced people

Our Shared Lives for Young People Leaving Care Programme supports care-experienced young people with a learning disability, autism or mental health challenges by matching them with approved Shared Lives carers who offer stable, supportive homes. Gracie, Katie and Victoria - three Shared Lives ambassadors, and their Shared Lives carers share their wonderful experiences in Shared Lives.
