Welcome to a Full Gameplay Longplay walkthrough of Aerobics Revolution (エアロビクスレボリューション) for the Sony PlayStation 2! Released exclusively in Japan by Konami on August 29, 2002, this unusual title is one of the most forgotten rhythm entries ever developed.
Designed primarily as a fitness application aimed at home cardio workouts, the game cleverly utilizes the standard Dance Dance Revolution dance mat to track aerobic steps and core gym exercises. For die-hard rhythm fans, the absolute best part of this game is its dedicated "DDR Mode". When toggled, it transforms the software into a standard arcade game, complete with a unique center-screen stepzone layout heavily inspired by the arcade DDR Solo cabinets!Because these tracks were built for continuous, high-energy aerobic exercise routines, every single song is significantly longer than a standard arcade track, clocking in at around 3 full minutes per song. The music is packed with incredible, looping underground club house, tech-groove, and chiptune melodies produced internally by Konami's audio team.In this complete video longplay, we plug in the dance mat, skip the workout lectures, and clear all 8 tracks in the game on the maximum difficulty tiers!
8-song tracklist for Aerobics Revolution on the PlayStation 2:
