SimCity - E43 - time to play the game

Well, that didn't last long or did it? what a boring way to play the game stalling at level 11,12,13. I am going full throttle now, upgrading anything I can and trying to reach level 13 as soon as possible. Level 26 gets me all the best fire, police and health buildings so can't wait. come on, lets go.
