I love our walk and our talk. I love our music and art. I love our creativity and intelligence. I love our history, culture, dignity, swag and joy. I love how far we’ve come, and I love that we continue pushing forward. One thing I intentionally wanted to show in this video was Baby’s Baby represented in different Black complexions. From our lightest shades to our deepest, darkest tones, whatever our complexion, we are all unique, we are all beautiful, and we are all Black. There is beauty in every shade of us. ✊🏾🤎🖤 I also wanted this video to honor some of the historical Black figures who sacrificed, fought, created, educated, inspired and opened doors for generations that followed. There can be no future without acknowledging our past. Most importantly, this song is about loving who you are. Stand tall. Stand proud.
