We Went Back for Part 2... and the Washer Was Gone

Part 2 is here — and the storage units had a surprise waiting for us. We came back to finish clearing out both units from the evicted-tenant cleanout, and it turns out someone (possibly the old tenant) had already been back inside. Stuff had been moved around, and the washer we saw in Part 1 was just... gone. No big deal, we adapted and kept working. Unit #1 was packed with garbage, a heavily stained mattress, and a couple of dressers — a straightforward but nasty clear-out. Unit #2 was the rough one: storage bins full of saturated, water-damaged items (some still holding standing water), a moldy 3-piece sectional couch, and piles of soaked junk. It was hot again, but at least this unit gave us some shade to work in. This wraps up the full cleanout from the emergency alley-blocking job in Part 1 — start to finish, mess and all.
