You’re Ramsees II

He didn't just rule Egypt. He built an entire civilization on one belief: that he would never be forgotten. From a five-year-old boy trained for a throne he wasn't guaranteed, to a near-fatal ambush at the Battle of Kadesh, to sixty-six years on the throne and the colossal temples at Abu Simbel still standing today — this is how a child became "Ramesses the Great." A dramatized, illustrated retelling for storytelling purposes — for full historical context, see primary sources on the New Kingdom and the Battle of Kadesh. 👍 Like, subscribe, and tell me which historical figure you want told this way next. #History #Documentary #AncientEgypt #Pharaoh #RamessesII #Egyptology #AncientHistory #Biography #Animation #Storytelling #Archaeology #Egypt #Kadesh #AbuSimbel#history#story#storytelling #WorldHistory#pharaoh#ancient#ancienthistory
