Car Hauler Buying Gone Wrong! Parts Were Stolen!

Summing it up: Bought a Volvo VAH from Copart, the truck was sold through Copart from a seller named "jeff" with CarCo, also is where the truck was sitting at. When i got there, there were parts missing, not matching the description and photos from Copart. The owner tried to hide himself, and his name from me while arguing with Copart on the phone, telling them that I'm lying and that i took the parts of the truck. He also told me that it's not even their truck, which is 100% BS because Copart confirmed to me that it was indeed his truck XD. Copart investigated, took them about 4 hours until i got my refund of $20,000 after they saw the picture evidence, and they put him at fault. Wasted around 600 bucks in travel expenses... but oh well. CarCo Truck Sales is a company from Minnesota, you can tell by their reviews that they aren't good people to do business with, They treat you like you're garbage. their Google reviews speak for themselves. I found a better deal on Facebook a week later tho :D
