Joseph R. Falconer is the Adjunct Professor of Cello at the University of North Carolina Asheville, the Conductor of the Asheville Symphony Youth Orchestra and maintains a private cello lesson studio for all ages. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s in music education and is a registered Suzuki Method instructor. He has won several grants and awards for his cello playing and music scholarship. Since 2010 he has been performing professionally. Some of his paintings are available in a gallery in his hometown.
