#12. CART: FLAG TO FLAG || The Dreamcast Files

Our 12th Dreamcast launch title is, inexplicably, our second open-wheel racing game, and being unavoidably contrasted against the maniacally exacting "Monaco Grand Prix", "CART: Flag to Flag" reveals itself as an overly casual, disappointingly rudimentary experience, kinder than "MGP" but also less distinct, a shame for a league that would cease to exist less than a half-decade from the game's release.
