Enchiladas and Mole sauce

Making Enchiladas and Mole Mole sauce 1/2 a qt bag of Mole spice base 1-1/2 spoon of AP flour 2 cooking spoons of oil 1 can of chicken broth, add another 1/2 as needed to thin 1/2 can of tomato sauce 1 Tbsp of sugar pinch of salt to taste Enchilada Chicken filling 2 Chicken breast shredded or whole chicken shredded 1 white onion diced 4 cloves of garlic diced 1/2 can of diced tomatoes 1 Tbsp of dried cilantro 1/2 can of chicken broth Salt and Pepper to taste
