Don't Doubt The Underdog

DON'T DOUBT THE UNDERDOG This one's for everybody who's ever been counted out. Maybe you started with nothing. Maybe you started ten steps behind. Maybe you screwed up, lost everything, heard “you're not qualified,” or watched somebody else get picked because they looked better on paper. Maybe you're working two jobs, raising a family, starting over, chasing one last chance, or fighting a battle nobody else even knows exists. This song isn't about being the strongest person in the room. It's about being the motherfucker who keeps getting back up. You don't need favorable odds. You don't need everybody to believe in you. Sometimes you just need somebody to open the door. Then you make damn sure they remember why they should never— DOUBT THE UNDERDOG. For everybody who's been overlooked, underestimated, knocked down, or told they couldn't: This one's ours. Original lyrics created by Jacomus & Rook.
