Truck Bed Winch Mount – Full Build Start to Finish! Here it is, the full truck bed winch mount build from start to finish! After buying the golf carts, we quickly realized that driving them up a set of ramps and into the bed of the truck wasn’t exactly the best loading system lol. So instead of continuing to do that, we did what we normally do and decided to build something. We started with an idea and some steel and worked our way through designing, cutting, fitting, welding, and eventually building a complete winch setup for the bed of the truck. Then we actually got to put it to the test when we went to pick up another golf cart! It needs a couple little tweaks, but overall the setup worked great and made loading the cart a whole lot easier. Unfortunately, in a little more foreshadowing, we won’t actually get to use this cool addition for very long... You’ll have to stick around to find out why lol.
