For the first time in American history, four distinct generations are working concurrently in the workplace. With the integration of each new generation, the protocols surrounding professional attire, interpersonal relations, corporate behavior, and communications shift. In this webinar, we will explore the unwritten and ever-evolving rules of business etiquette that dictate how you are perceived and judged, your ability to build important professional relationships, and career success. Ms. Bailey specializes in “netiquette”, where the internet and etiquette collide and is called upon for her expertise by Fortune 500 companies and media outlets to include the BBC, CNN, and ABC News. Ms. Bailey received her formal etiquette training at Debrett’s of London and Etiquette à la Française of Montpellier. She is a proud graduate of Howard University and 2009 graduate of William & Mary’s Law School.
