😱 New India 🇮🇳 | North India's Tallest Tower | Bhutani Cyberthum & Future Business District
In today's driving tour, we explore one of the fastest-transforming business corridors in India—Noida Expressway's Sector 85, Sector 90, Sector 137, Sector 140A and Sector 142, where the future skyline of Noida is taking shape. Our journey begins from the newly developed Infosys Campus in Sector 85, passes the India TV office, follows the modern metro corridor, and takes you through some of Noida's most impressive commercial developments before reaching the spectacular Bhutani Cyberthum, widely recognized today as one of the tallest completed/topped-out buildings in North India and a defining landmark of Noida's emerging business district. During this drive, you'll witness the incredible transformation of this entire corridor, including Bhutani Alphathum, the Noida e-Bus Depot, wide modern roads, premium office complexes, and the large-scale commercial ecosystem that is rapidly changing the identity of Noida. We also showcase the latest ground update of Bhutani Cyberthum, featuring its iconic glass façade, twin high-rise towers, signature central architectural feature, and the surrounding commercial projects that are shaping the city's future. You'll also get a look at nearby developments such as Flexi Business Hub, IT & ITES office buildings, CRC commercial projects, and the rapidly growing infrastructure that is attracting businesses, professionals, and investors alike.
The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway is a six-lane expressway connecting Noida, Uttar Pradesh, an industrial suburb of Delhi to Greater Noida, a new suburb. This expressway is under expansion to Taj Economic Zone, International Airport and Aviation Hub proposed to be constructed along the Yamuna Expressway (Taj Expressway). The expressway is 24.53 km (15.24 mi) long, built at a cost of ₹400 Crore to relieve the old Delhi-Agra national highway (NH-2) which was already congested and ran through the heart of cities like Faridabad, Ballabhgarh and Palwal.
