What is one more cat……? Please help!!

We are J&D’s Farm Sanctuary located in Northern Victoria - Australia. We are a registered Not-for-Profit organisation with DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status, which means all donations in Austalia over $2 are tax-deductible. We have 31 rescue cats in our care, many of whom we have been unable to rehome - due to the overwhelming number of cats seeking homes, to give you an idea there are 2,277 cats registered on Pet Rescue in Victoria at this very moment! Whilst the cats are in our care we are doing our best to care for them: feed, worm & treat for lice, provide cat litter, vet care - desexing, vaccinating and microchipping. Those cost alone are great, this is in addition to feeding and caring for the hundreds of other rescue farm animals. We are raising funds to create an outside space for these cats, they both need and deserve to access the outdoors, to feel the breeze and explore beyond the walls of our home.  In order to protect the cats and the native wildlife we need to build shelters - outdoor cat runs, but to do so we need to raise the funds! Will you help us? We need to purchase a lot of wire panels, treated pine posts for the frames, corrugated iron for roofing, and places for enrichment within and around, like tunnels, hiding boxes, shelving etc.  Farmer John will be doing all the labour himself to save on the cost of a builder completing this project!
