Are BPC-157, TB-500 and other peptides legal now? On October 28, 2026, HHS let licensed pharmacies make 6 peptides, over the objection of the FDA's own scientists. A triple board certified physician and pathologist reads the actual document: what's legal, what isn't, and what the human studies really show. What you were told in April 2026 was that these peptides became legal. They didn't. On October 28, 2026, HHS opened a pharmacy door for 6 of them (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Semax, Epitalon) under 10 conditions, over the objection of its own scientists, and said in writing that this isn't FDA approval. BPC-157 has 3 small human studies and no controlled trial. KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c and Epitalon have no human safety studies the FDA could find. 💬 Was HHS right to overrule the FDA's scientists?
