There is so much uncertainty and fear of commitment that comes into play. You are dedicating yourself to a project that will take months to complete. With that in mind it's easy to get lost in your thoughts, you want it to be perfect, and intellectual and beautiful. Eventually you kind of stop thinking and just start working through intuition. After a long time of agonizing uncertainty, when I let go things just seemed to fall into place and this composition came to life. I don't really know what it means to me fully.
