My Cloud Kitchen's Paneer Thali Story | Hit Combo of Kadhai Paneer, Dal Makhani & Veg Biryani

This is the story of how my unique Paneer Thali became one of the #bestselling #combos in my cloud kitchen. In this video, I’ll share – Why I created this #paneerthali? – How I chose its components? and – What made it such a popular meal? In the early days of my kitchen, while my popular Special Thali was loved, many customers used to request a version without dry mix veg and with a more flavourful paneer curry. That’s when I introduced this Paneer Thali – featuring Kadhai Paneer, Dal Makhani, Veg Biryani, Boondi Raita, Salad, and 3 Tawa Rotis. It turned out to be a game changer and instantly became a hit among my regulars.
