So all lectures and seminars are held in zoom. My job also connected with Internet and writing, so I HAVE TO work with computer and smartphone AGAIN after long hours of learning. Anyway, I've been spending a lot of time on the computer lately. As a result I have a stiff neck, headache sometimes and background anxiety.. You can understand that, can't you? Oh, I also do sport. Yesterday I was in the gym training my body and now I feel the stiffness in my back, my arms and trapezius muscle. We gave Margot a relaxing massage, a cool chiropractic adjustment session!
