I think the description says it all: It's safe to say that everyone loves money, but you love it more than most. When looking upon an abandoned clothing store and the massive parking lot that separated you from it, an idea popped into your head. What if you organized your own fair? You could find cheap, portable carnival rides, hire some randoms off the street, and roll in the earnings after it's all said and done. The only issue is getting a permit to throw such an event, but the city's police and bureaucrats are too busy to notice you, right? While you've been paying your staff a little extra to keep quiet, someone ratted you out. The city is onto you and you only have mere months to make a huge profit before everything gets shut down.
