Newport Senegambia celebrates annual Eid al Fitr Celebration, marking the end of Ramadan. Our guest Imam this year was ALHAGIE ABUBACARR JAITEH of Kombo Tujereng, The Gambia led the congregational prayer. Eid signifies a day of thanksgiving to the Almight God, spiritual renewal, and celebration of successfully completing the fourth pillar of Islam, (fasting).
