Purificación 3.22

In the mountains of southern Tamulipas lies a sixty-mile long cave system known as Sistema Purificacion. Led by caving legend Peter Sprouse, we spent two weeks delving the depths of these massive, fantastic caves. Notably, we connected Cueva Calenturas in Yerbabuena to Cueva Corona, making a new system in the headwaters of the Rio Corona!
