In today's daily vlog, I am sharing my daily home routine, homemaking activities, and a delicious homemade Chicken Pulao Recipe. 🍗🍚 Join me as I manage my daily household chores and prepare a tasty meal for my family. If you love daily vlogs, simple homemaking, home cooking, productivity videos, and realistic daily routines, this video is for you! 🍗 *Homemade Chicken Pulao Recipe Guide* *Ingredients:* Chicken Basmati rice Onions Tomatoes (optional) Ginger-garlic paste Green chilies Yogurt (optional) Whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin) Salt and cooking oil Water Fresh coriander and mint (optional) *Recipe Instructions:* 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice for 20–30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a pot and fry the sliced onions until golden brown. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and chicken. Cook until the chicken changes color. 4. Add salt, whole spices, green chilies, and yogurt if desired. Cook well. 5. Add water and let the chicken cook until tender. 6. Add the soaked, drained rice and adjust the water according to your rice quantity. 7. Cook until the water is mostly absorbed, then cover and steam on low heat until the rice is tender. 8.
