WORLD FAMOUS FOURTH OF JULY GREASE POLE CONTEST HELD IN BEULAH, MICHIGAN (Filmed by: Norm Rasmussen)

Every July 4th, for the last 43 years, Jack has been putting his own personal money on a greased pole at the Beulah Public Beech (Park) in peaceful Benzie, Country for brave kids to win climbing the slippery pole. It's an awesome event for kids and parents alike - especially for vacationers like my dear wife and I (Norm & Kathleen Rasmussen). We live in the Grand Rapids (Jenison), Mich. area and try to catch the FUN and ENTERTAINING fourth of July festivities in Benzie Country every time we can. Catch the experience next July 4th, right after the parade, and then take a refreshing dip in beautiful Crystal Lake at the public beach only a stone's throw away!
