MP Odonga Otto charged with inciting violence

Police has charged Aruu South Legislator Samuel Odonga Otto with inciting violence in Kololo, Amuru district on Thursday. It is alleged that Otto incited the public into resisting the planned surveying of land for a sugarcane factory, which led to women striping naked before the minister of Lands Betty Amongi.
