FOSS for All Conference 2025 - 김성진 : 일반인을 위한 오픈소스 프로젝트 운영하기 (KLAS Helper)

광운대학교 교내 재학생 약 8천명이 사용하는 오픈소스 확장 프로그램 KLAS Helper에 기여하고, 운영하면서 겪은 경험을 공유합니다. 프로젝트 기여부터 메인테이너 역할까지, 비개발자를 포함한 사용자와 소통하며 기술적, 커뮤니티적 문제를 해결했던 과정을 공유합니다. I'll share my experience contributing to and maintaining KLAS Helper, an open-source browser extension used by around 8,000 students at Kwangwoon University. From contributing to the project to taking on the role of maintainer, I'll talk about how I communicated with users — including non-developers — and worked through both technical and community challenges along the way.
