Chaap Tilak Sab Chheeni is one of the most celebrated Sufi compositions attributed to the 13th–14th century poet and mystic Amir Khusrau, written in Hindavi/Braj in devotion to his spiritual master, Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya. Though originally associated with the Qawwali tradition, its timeless melody has been widely adapted for Hindustani Classical instrumental performances, including sitar, where it is often presented as a dhun. Its evocative melody and universal message of divine love have made it a cherished piece across generations of musicians and audiences.
