Is Frozen Orb Sorceress A Good Starting Build For Project Diablo 2? 1 - Ubers Sorceress HC SSF S12

Started a sorc from scratch so I could put it to the test in Project Diablo 2. I picked frozen orb to see how well it does as a starting build in the campaign and ubers. All of this was played in Project Diablo 2, online, in hardcore w/ ssf rules (no public games, no trading) NOTE: Sorc was played on the same account as my main, but I only permitted myself to use the personal stash - no items were taken from the shared stash.
