Episode 3 वेदना व्यवस्थापन | Mini Series on Sickle Cell in Nandurbar | Marathi

Dr. Mittali Sethi initiated the development of a mini-YouTube series on Sickle Cell Anemia in Nandurbar as this was seen as important for building awareness. Karuna evam Shanti Vahini Foundation (KeSVF) supported by Mariwala Health Initiatives (MHI) engaged and guided a film production house and 5 episodes of films on sickle cell covering important topics like basics of sickle cell, importance of testing, care for those living with sickle cell, community support and welfare scheme were made in 3 language dubs: Bhili, Marathi, and Pawara; and two additional versions with Hindi and English subtitles are also available. Government representatives, medical experts, community health workers, non–government organizations, people living with sickle cell and their care givers featured in the films. These films were released by The Collector’s Office on Maharashtra Day 1st May 2026.
