Serious Sam TSE: Dungeon World(Underdark 2026, #6/11) by Decold | Serious 100%

This is one of the few good maps from this competition. Well-balanced combat, nice secrets for the most part and good level design apart from the cavey-looking area which's pitch black. I love the concept of having to choose between two weapons, dunno if it's a new thing or not but it's definitely spicier, gives the players an opportunity to choose their approach towards the map. My biggest gripe is that the first secret isn't registered by Netricsa for some reason. My second gripe is related to the second secret. The second secret is pretty useless if the player doesn't have a flamethrower. So perhaps having some Sniper ammo, or bullets or better yet, a combination of both would be better for players who opted for the Sniper rifle instead of the flamethrower. Also I'm not a big fan of the fall damage taken by the player when required to fall or jump from platforms in some instances, it's just a minor thing though, more of a nit-pick. Other than that, a pretty solid map, recommended! 8/10 Gotta say though, this map definitely didn't deserve P6, this was a P3 map. The map rankings in this competition are pretty idiotic imo.
