Ross & Charley travelled from England to Lake Como for three unforgettable days surrounded by their closest friends and family — and what followed was everything you could want from an Italian destination wedding. Their celebrations began with welcome drinks in Menaggio before the main event at the stunning Villa Relais Vittoria. Charley’s walk down the aisle was accompanied by two violinists playing some of the couple’s favourite Hans Zimmer pieces, creating one of those genuinely cinematic wedding moments that you couldn't have scripted better. And once they were officially married, there was no hanging around… The couple headed straight onto Lake Como by boat, taking in the incredible scenery while celebrating with their friends, enjoying drinks, shots and photographs out on the water — one of the most iconic experiences you can have on a Lake Como wedding day. Back at Villa Relais Vittoria, the celebrations continued beside the pool with dinner, drinks and some incredibly emotional speeches. There was plenty of laughter too, with a high-energy bridal party and a groom's party looking seriously sharp in black tie. But the wedding didn't finish there. The following day, everyone headed out from Menaggio for a Lake Como boat party — giving Ross, Charley and their guests the chance to properly let their hair down after an incredible few days together. This highlight film is a little glimpse into what made their Lake Como wedding so special: the scenery, the music, the emotion, the people and, most importantly, the atmosphere. For me, destination wedding videography is about capturing all of that rather than simply recording the events of the day. The little looks, the ridiculous moments, the nerves, the laughter, the speeches and the feeling of being somewhere completely unforgettable with the people you love. Lake Como was the backdrop.
