trying new things - recovery, shopping, eating out

sometimes people need a little change..or well in my case alot + rest. which is why for the first time in my 21 years of life i tried recovery. now that ive started training, cardio and a diet, recovery will also add to my new life of improvement. ive learnt alot these past few months about myself and with guidance from other youtubers so i plan to post more and hopefully better content. trying new things and experiencing new moments with different people is my wish in this life and i dont want to waste it working away, todays video is a testament to that and with all your support and help.
