Upon returning to Japan, I worked as a lecturer at 3 different schools. With almost no funds or local connections, I rented a public facility in a new area, distributed handmade flyers, and opened my own music school. Over 13 years, the school grew to serve 1,000 students. Today, I am still actively teaching 27 classes with over 200 students. I also manage 3 preschools, 7 music schools, a teacher dispatch service, and a photography studio. Additionally, I provide consulting and produce programs for music educators.
