940 years of foreign tyranny (norman-rule; following the battle of Hastings, October 1066AD) has brought only suffering to the English folk. The English are the natives of England, but we do not govern England. The English are peaceful, but we have been demonised, and denied our true history, yet are expected to fight wars we never declare. The last time we fought for England, was at Senlac, October 1066AD, face-to-face with evil: william "the conqueror" - his elite still rule England. I do not want war, only peace and friendship. It is a tradition here in England, we buy poppies in late October and early November, for remembrance day, 11th November, marking the end of the fighting on the Western front, 1918.
