#cleveland #ohio #gang Cleveland has long battled gang violence, but few crews have left a mark like the Fully Blooded Felons. Born in the early 2010s as an offshoot of the infamous Heartless Felons, this gang styled itself after the Mafia, complete with a “Godfather,” a ruling Commission, and strict codes of loyalty and silence. From running open-air drug markets on Cleveland’s East Side to smuggling narcotics into Ohio prisons, the Fully Blooded Felons built a violent empire across Northeast Ohio. Under the leadership of Raven “Dunny” Mullins, the crew operated like an organized crime syndicate — enforcing rules with kidnappings, assaults, and deadly force. But in 2023 and 2024, a massive federal investigation finally caught up to them. 21 members and associates were indicted in sweeping RICO and drug conspiracy charges, with prosecutors calling them “Cleveland’s most significant gang threat.” In this documentary, we break down: 🔴 The origins of the Fully Blooded Felons in Cleveland prisons 🔴 How they structured themselves like a Mafia family 🔴 Their violent reputation and deadly rivalries 🔴 The FBI’s sweeping indictments that brought them down This is the rise and fall of the Fully Blooded Felons — one of Ohio’s most feared street gangs. #FullyBloodedFelons #HeartlessFelons #ClevelandCrime #OhioGangs #ClevelandGangs #GangIndictment #RICOCase #GangDocumentary #PrisonGangs #USCrime #OrganizedCrime #StreetGangs #DrugTrafficking #GangViolence #ClevelandStreets #OhioCrime #TrueCrimeStories #AmericanCrime #FBIIndictment #ClevelandHistory #UrbanCrime #GangLife #RavenMullins #CriminalEnterprise
