Cycling the new Twyi Valley path - Nantgaredig to Abergwili

Today's cycle I start on the B4300 just outside Capel Dewi, by the bus shelter. I ride from here over the river and toward Nantgaredig. After having a quick view to see what's going on with the path that leads to Llandeilo I head to Abergwili on the new Twyi Cycle path and then onto Carmarthen...
