Papp Mátyás: Aphyose (2025) A darab 2025-ben az ArTRIUM Fesztivál felkérésére készült a Görög Sisters zongoraduó számára. Az Aphyose egy fiktív halnév, az aphyosemion (amely egy létező halfaj) rövidített változata. A darab három tétele három asszociáció a víz alatti világ hangulataira. A tételek a vízmélység áramlását, csobogását, a halak megcsillanó színeit, a folyók és a tengerek egyszerre folyamatos mozgásban lévő, mégis állandóságot képviselő atmoszféráját idézik meg. A felvételt a Zeneakadémia AVISO Stúdiója készítette. The piece was commissioned in 2025 by the ArTRIUM Festival for the Görög Sisters piano duo. The title Aphyose is a fictional name for a fish, derived as a shortened form of aphyosemion, an existing genus of fish. The three movements of the piece offer three different associations with the atmosphere of the underwater world. They evoke the currents and gentle flow of deep waters, the rippling of water, the shimmering colours of fish, and the atmosphere of rivers and seas — constantly in motion, yet at the same time conveying a sense of permanence and continuity.
