The Witcher 3 - How to farm Lesser Red Mutagens

Just repeat the process shown in the video untill it drops a lesser red mutagen. Always save the game before fighting. If you kill the Alghoul and it drops other mutagen, just load the save and kill the beast untill drops the red mutagen. Then fast travel back and forth for the Alghoul to spawn.
