Gold Loan News: अब सोने पर मिलेगा ज्यादा लोन, RBI ने दूर की बड़ी अड़चन | N18P | Gold Loan | RBI News आरबीआई गवर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा द्वारा आज ₹2.5 लाख तक के गोल्ड लोन के लिए लोन-टू-वैल्यू (LTV) रेश्यो को 75% से बढ़ाकर 85% कर देने के फैसले के बाद गोल्ड फाइनेंस कंपनियों के शेयरों में जोरदार तेजी देखने को मिली. इस फैसले से एनबीएफसी (NBFC) को कर्ज देने में और अधिक लचीलापन मिलेगा. यह बदलाव आरबीआई के पहले के ड्राफ्ट नियमों के मुकाबले बड़ा राहत भरा है. पहले LTV सीमा को सभी बैंकों और एनबीएफसी के लिए 75% पर सीमित रखने का प्रस्ताव था. अब नए दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत एनबीएफसी अपने ग्राहकों को एक ही सोने के गहनों के बदले ज्यादा कर्ज दे सकेंगी. इससे लोन डिलिवरी में तेजी आएगी, नए ग्राहक जुड़ेंगे और गोल्ड फाइनेंसरों की आय में इजाफा होगा. RBI के इस ऐलान के बाद मुथूट फाइनेंस, मणप्पुरम फाइनेंस और आईआईएफएल फाइनेंस के शेयरों में 2% से 7% तक की उछाल दर्ज की गई. मुथुट फाइनेंस का शेयर आज इंट्राडे में 7 फीसदी उछलकर 2470 रुपये पर चला गया. कल यह 2294.60 पर बंद हुआ था. मणप्‍पुरम फाइनेंस का शेयर आज 5 फीसदी चढ गया और यह 246.48 रुपये पर पहुंच गया. आईआईएफएल फाइनेंस के शेयरों में भी आज 4.50 फीसदी की तेजी देखी गई और हय इंट्राडे में 452.45 रुपये तक पहुंच गया. #goldloan #rbi #goldloannews #trendingwithhemant #latestnews #RajasthanNews #news18rajasthan Rajasthan News | राजस्थान समाचार | Latest Hindi News | n18oc_rajasthan After RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra's decision today to increase the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio from 75% to 85% for gold loans up to ₹ 2.5 lakh, the shares of gold finance companies saw a strong rise. After this announcement of RBI, the shares of Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance and IIFL Finance registered a jump of 2% to 7%. The share of Muthoot Finance jumped 7% to Rs 2470 intraday today. Yesterday it closed at 2294.60. The share of Manappuram Finance rose 5% today and reached Rs 246.48. The shares of IIFL Finance also saw a rise of 4.50% today and reached Rs 452.45 intraday.
