NEW ANTIHEAL META? SMITE Toxic Blade Buff & Interaction!

In SMITE Patch 5.13, the Antiheal item Toxic Blade received a buff, increasing the attack speed by 10%. Not only does this help Toxic Blade DPS- and synergy-wise, it also makes it easier to stack the passive.
