Door Light Switch in Door Latch assembly Mazda 3 2012

I recently replaced my door latch assembly on my 2012 Mazda 3 because the dome light would stay on and the door open warning on the dash would stay on. This is a video of the inside of the assembly and what I believe is the door switch. Can it be repaired? Maybe.
