Puto Sulot is a popular street food unique to Malabon and Navotas sold especially during Christmas season in the Philippines. Puto Sulot is steamed glutinous white rice, cooked basically the same way as the Puto Bumbong. When it’s cooked, a rod is used to push the metal ring and the rice out of the bamboo cylinder.
