Sprain Ridge Park is located in Yonkers, New York and features great technical mountain biking. With infamous rock rolls and chunky chutes, Sprain Ridge is a must-ride for anyone in the Tri-State area. However, if you come from Long Island like I do...you may get humbled here. I know I did, my first time.
