Your item room grants you Monstro's Lung so you get to experience the joys of carpet bombing room with Ipecac tears and other potential future synergies. Blindly finding Godhead in your Angel Deal also helps with making this already absurdly powerful run even better and some more utility in form of Restock and Belly Jelly is always nice to have. How about a low chance Planetarium that grants you Uranus on top? Or Cain's Other Eye to make the run even more dangerous for yourself with a lack of explosion resistance? BFFs to make him better, too. Eucharist ensures some more future Angel Deals so rerolling key pieces allows you to acquire Star of Bethlehem for that amazing Rock Bottom synergy and Holy Light for an incredible tear effect. Doing some more secret room rigging grants you a Death Certificate into a Glitched Crown and your final Angel Deal is not so final as it gives you the Stairway. Even if short on money and presented with a rough choice on the Dark Room you settle on grabbing Sacred Heart before really going off on crazy synergies. We're talking Backstabber, Jacob's Ladder, Pyromaniac, Haemolacria, Dead Eye and Flat Stone. Want even more tears bouncing around? Finding a Spindown Dice and turning your D6 into Parasite should help with that. So does grabbing the Conjoined transformation. Either way, you effectively one-shot Mega Satan and that's all that really matters in the end.
