Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are small countries in terms of territory and population, but in many aspects unique in the world, located on the eastern shore of the Baltic Sea. They have emerged as nation states thanks to the ability of our three nations - Latvians, Lithuanians and Estonians - to define their identity, self-organize and shape their living environment for more than 100 years.
