The performing groups were Neon Vokal neonvokal.com from Oslo, Norway LowKey lowkeyvocals.com from London The Liverpool Singers theliverpoolsingers.co.uk and the hosting ensemble subito.mf @subito.mf The Northern Acappella Festival aims to bring groups of all sorts of genres together to learn from each other, to provide workshops to the local music community and music on top level to the communities and audiences. We are currently growing and aim to be able to pay reasonable fees to our musiicans in the coming years. Until then we aim to support the running non-musical costs by sponsors and third party funding, however, all audience donations go to the ensembles! We are always on the lookout for fresh groups of international standard who are willing to come, spread their knowledge and make themselves known in the UK.
