MOODSCAPER26 minisession 05 IMMERSIVE AUDIO: For better experience, use headphones. A long shot of audio recording, to a session of the self-generative ambient space MoodScaper by Rob Jackson. The recording was made, in AUM. Then, divide into 4 pieces, to play them in the Flexi Sampler of Drambo. Three of them are reproduced complete and the fourth is divided into 16 slices, so that they are reproduced randomly. The composition is made with three pads or sustained textures sounding and random sounds in a slow time. Let's name this as a sampling technique. Sampling: a music production technique It involves taking a fragment of an existing sound recording, song, movie dialogue, or sound effect to reuse it in the creation of a new piece of music. • Origin: It became popular with the birth of hip-hop in 1970s New York and is used today in almost all modern genres. • Legality: To use a sample commercially, authorizations or legal agreements with the copyright holders of both the composition and the recording are typically required. A sample is a fragment or portion of a pre-existing sound or recording (such as a song, a speech, or an audio effect) that is reused within a new musical creation. Initially created in AUM, later transposed to Drambo, with: Drambo DSP Audio Drambo Visual Extension And external AUv3s: Instruments or Generators: Sample: MoodScaper by Rob Jackson. Texture pads and self-generative space atmospheres. Audio taken from AUM. Effects: Pan: PanFlow(free) by Audiomodern. Randomize panorama stereo. Reverb enormous spaces: EverSpace by 4Pockets.
